Why it matters…

“I applied for lots of national scholarships but I won three here in Manassas. I want students to know that they need to apply locally. These scholarships motivated me. I have to do well because I don’t want to let my city down.”

– Janu Singh, GMU student & 2022 winner of the SWIFT STEM Scholarship
